Stirring system

● The mixing system of JS500 concrete mixer consists of motor, pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing device of mixing drum, oil supply device and other components.

● When working, the motor drives the two-stage gear reducer, and the two shafts of the reducer respectively drive the two horizontal mixing shafts to rotate at the same speed in the opposite direction through two pairs of open gears.

Discharging system

● The discharging system of JS500 concrete mixer is composed of discharging door, air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder.

● There are three structures: hydraulic control, pneumatic control and manual control.

● The discharge door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the motor discharge is realized through the air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder.

water-supply system

●The water supply system of JS500 concrete mixer consists of water pump, throttle valve, cleaning and spraying device.

● Throttle valve can adjust the water-saving flow, and the total water supply is adjusted by time relay.
